I'm experiencing the same issue on the Windows Phone app, the desktop app and the spider web-based version. Both apps had been working fine for me until last dark.

I'm based in Poland and using the English language (U.k.) version of the apps. Because the error coincided with my trying out the Smoothen language version, I assumed switching dorsum to English language would fix information technology.  No such luck.

I capeesh that you have tried some troubleshooting steps.

As per the issue description, I understand that y'all are unable to add entries into MSN Wellness and Fettle App.

This consequence might have occurred due to some changes made to your calculator.

I need some data in order to go ahead.

  1. Take you fabricated whatsoever changes to your computer prior to this consequence?
  2. Are you facing the aforementioned event on a different user account as well?

To get started, try the following steps.

Endeavour running the app troubleshooter and so retry sync.

Thanks for the reply.

I've tried all suggestions to no avail.

I take establish, however, that I am able to add entries to the App if I remove my Microsoft account from the App.

But, if I then add my Microsoft business relationship over again the problem returns.

This is very frustrating as I really desire to make use of this app but can't at the moment!

I did take it on 3 devices; my laptop, my PC and my Android telephone. I take now removed it from my PC and Android phone.

EDIT: I've only been going through the Event Viewer and accept spotted a couple of errors.

DeleteAppContainerProfile failed for AppContainer Microsoft.BingHealthAndFitness_8wekyb3d8bbwe with mistake 0x80070091.

AppContainer profile failed with error 0x80070091 because it was unable to delete folder C:\Users\Hairdresser\AppData\Local\Packages\microsoft.binghealthandfitness_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC or its contents.

EDIT ii: I uninstalled the app, deleted the above binder, then ran the sfc and dism commands again, reinstalled the app and the same trouble persists.

Well I've tested information technology this morning and it'south miraculously working. I oasis't washed anything on my laptop since I last tried it and it was even so not working, so I can only assume the effect resided with the Server.

I am receiving the same error and take been since 4/24 mid-day.  I tried the first troubleshooter link above - it said it corrected a couple of errors, but I am still unable to add items to the nutrient tracker.  I am non computer savvy enough to perform the second troubleshooter - a two hour procedure that I know will ask questions that I will not be able to answer.  If I endeavour removing the program and reinstalling it, will all my information be lost?

Whatsoever other ideas?

I'm having this consequence also, but don't have the fourth dimension to troubleshoot until this Fri. Argh!

I have been having the same problem since the 26/4/2015 on the telephone app and desktop app. No replies from feedback provided.

Delight fix the app ASAP every bit when it works its a not bad

Hi Ginny,

If you uninstall and reinstall the app information technology will lose your data, but if you've signed in to the app with your Microsoft Account (or if you sign in to your PC with your Microsoft Business relationship) then whatsoever information already in the App should be synchronized.

And so when you reinstall information technology should reinstate all of your data.

I'm besides having this issue, it'southward been a couple days now, on WP8.one, Windows RT, and the browser version. While WP8.1 and RT just throw a generic "Request could non be completed" error, the browser's fault says "Phone call to the server failed, please try once again."

I've reinstalled the app a number of times and tried other workarounds, but a similar server error for so many people indicates a trouble on Microsoft's end, a server crash or something like.
